Building Permits
Permits Drawings usually consist of a Site Plan, Floor Plans, and Elevations.
If you require building permits from the city, we can complete your design drawings to your specifications within two weeks. Should you require engineering services, we have a licensed structural engineer, that we work with. Most home remodels do not require a structural engineer's signature. Should there be any changes required on the drawings, by the city, we will do the first two plan check revisions for free, you would only have to pay for the printing services.
Construction Plans
Construction Plans are usually obtained after the building permit is secured. These plans usually consist of Floor Plans, Wall Framing Plan, Elevations, Roof Framing, Foundation Plans and Details.
Basic floor plan
A Basic Floor Plan usually consist of a Floor plan, and it shows Internal and Exterior walls. It may or may not show furnishings and/or bathroom fixtures.
Basic Site Plan
This is the same as a basic floor plan, except it also shows the outside of the structure. Such as trees, driveways, parking lots and such.
